About Cristina:
Yoga has been part of my life for over 7 years, my practice has supported me not only to grow in strength of my physical body but also in my ‘mind’ and in my spiritual path. In all areas I am stronger and flexible. My yoga is both on and off my mat and the practice inspires me to be present, accepting and conscious of each moment.
Completing at 200 hour Ashtanga training with Paul Dallaghan, in 2015. Always a student of the practice and continually grateful for the wisdom and support of my teachers.
Combining breathwork and creative sequencing and the element of musical vibrations, I encourage to make yoga your own, sprinkle a spirit of playfulness in the movement along with nuggets of yoga philosophy. My intention is to create space on the mat so it reflects in peoples lives enabling them to align holistically – nurturing soul and spirit which then vibrates through the body.
