Need help reaching touching your toes? Or do you want to deepen your stretch? This class we will focus on how we can use a yoga strap to help reach our full potential in safe practice.
Class is Appropriate for beginners and intermediate level yogis. Modifications and alignment cues will be provided.
What to bring?
– yoga mat
– small towel ( you’ll work up a sweat)
