Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok invites cocktail enthusiasts to experience The Twins Cocktails Lab, a five-day collaboration showcasing the bartending art from the West to the East by multi-award-winning twin mixologists, ‘Yigitcan’ and ‘Onurcan’, at the waterfront-luxury, the Long Bar, from 24 to 29 October 2019. Prices starting from THB420++ per one glass.
The twin brothers from Istanbul, the land of the Bosphorus, will turn this City of Angels upside-down with the complex blend of their ultimate cocktails inspired by the scene between Europe and Asia.
The twins’ cocktails feature a unique liquor from Turkey and the finest selected garnishes from all over the world. Two of the drinks are ‘Make Me Crazy’ (a hub of el Jimador Blue Agave, Aperol, Triple Sec, citrus, grapefruit and black olive) and ‘Antioxidant’ (a blend of clarified Eastern herbs – ginger, turmeric, thyme and refined Iron Balls Gin).
Other elements to choose from are ‘Ego’ (the reputed Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey, Punt a Mes, Campari, Cynar Vermouth, grapefruit and Galliano-infused dry banana) and ‘Cassandra’ (Diplomatico Reserva, lychee liqueur, lime juice, lavender syrup and Angostura Bitters).
