Rich with powerful antioxidants, polyphenols and flavanols, the chocolate bar set is now available at The Chocolate Boutique in lobby floor. Prices start from THB 100 per piece. A special set of 70% dark chocolate bar delights including:
• The Chiang Mai is made with cacao from a farm in Doi Saket, tenderly grown for over 10 years, giving sweets lovers a blend of authentic floral and aromatic fruity scent and crunchy dried fruits.
• The Chumporn uses cacao harvested from a veteran plantation in Chumporn province. The chocolate bar consists of a rich chocolate base, with a crisp nutty flavour and the fluffy hint of local bananas as well as a slight of acidity which each bite a refreshing one.
• The Chanthaburi province is considered as one of the best in the country to plant tropical fruits. A Chanthaburi bar lets eaters discover the uniqueness of its local beans as well as tropical fruits and raisins mingled into each piece.
• The Prachuab Khiri Khan is located in the narrowest part of the south of Thailand. The province is famous for its pineapple and coconut plantations. The cacao beans are sourced directly from the farmers, providing us the unique flavour and aroma of pineapple and coconut for which this region is famous.
