The core of ACROVINYASA is focused on synchronizing breath in movement, building strength and finding balance. The yoga postures prepare the mind, body and spirit to take flight with ease, building a strong foundation on the earth first.

This translates into a greater understanding of how to work with another body as well as your own. This practice derives techniques from traditional yoga streams with the intent to build meaningful human connections within our global community. Learning to trust, clearly communicate and give and receive are some of the deeper benefits. Suitable for all levels and ability.
