Canggu favourite Billy Ho is set to be transformed into a haven of specialty Japanese fare for one night only with the launch of IZAKAYA on August 8.
Join us as Shugo Kokado and Ayuko Kokado from Buddha Bellies Cooking School Tokyo bring a piece of Japan in Canggu and team up with our very own Chefs Will Meyrick and Tim Bartholomew. The combined talents will be showcasing their take on the Izakaya, the Japanese neighbourhood hangout famed for its snacks which range from sashimi to yakitori.
Izakayas are the extensions of people’s homes in Japan, a special place to not only enjoy delicious food and drinks, but also to socialize with colleagues and friends and have a good time.
