Neon Pigeion flies across the ocean for a special festive pop-up at Flat Stanley in Bali, Indonesia.
Situated in the heart of Bali’s thriving bar scene in Seminyak, Flat Stanley, a hip all-day and night venue with a retro-modern California vibe, will play host to Neon Pigeon as the latter showcases it’s signature Japanese-inspired cocktails and bites.
Kickstarting the holiday spirit, diners can also look forward to Neon Pigeon’s signature cocktails. The fiery-red Teared Negroni is a rosemary-infused Sake Umeshu with Prosecco, adding a Japanese twist to this classic cocktail. Rum lovers can treat themselves to Is It A Mojito? – made with a sakura tea-infused white rum. Other drinks available include beers, wine and their famous Big Boy Sake. Guests can also look forward to a few cocktails specially curated for the Bali pop-up.
During the pop-up, Neon Pigeon will be serving its menu of signature bar bites, such as the Tokyo Hummus, Tsukune Skewer, Tuna Tartare and the Soft Shell Crab Bao.
