Guest Shift with Aldho Goenawan, Indonesian bartender who fell in love with the art of bartending at a young age. His love for the craft led him to pursue it as a career, starting in Jakarta and taking him to various cities such as Bali, Jakarta, and Semarang.
Throughout his career, Aldho has worked with a number of esteemed bars such as 40 Thieves, El Nacional, Baker Street Social, Frestro, and Cloak&Dagger. It was in Bali where he truly made a name for himself, winning the title of Bartender of the Year in 2017. His creative and playful style of drinks, characterized by bold yet sharp flavors and eye-catching presentation, has established him as one of the top bartenders in Indonesia.
Aldho’s approach to bartending involves integrating modern culinary techniques to create unique and never-before-tasted flavors. His expertise in this area led him to serve as the Corporate Beverage Manager for A-to-Z group before joining Bobby’s dry gin as their Official Brand Ambassador.
