On March 25th, to celebrate Earth Hour and show our commitment to the planet, Mozaic will be hosting a ZERO WASTE dinner.
Chef Blake Thornley will be collaborating with guest chef Wayan Kresnayasa, chef owner of Home by Chef Wayan in Pererenan, and previously in charge of Potato Head Family and the infamous Ijen zero waste restaurant. The two chefs will present a 6-course tasting menu with cocktails and natural wines all focused on using sustainable ingredients from Bali and not wasting a single thing. The dining room will be lit solely with candles for a truly unique dine & wine experience.
