Think outdoor cinema with beanbags and champagne.

 

The next monthly Indigenous Film Night will be held on the spacious grounds of Njana Tilem Museum in Jl Mas, Ubud. Please join us for the first “outdoor cinema screening” on the lawn of the beautiful Njana Tilem museum, with comfortable beanbags under the stars with a giant screen, champagne, wine and other drinks available. The food is catered and created by Simon from Zest, Ubud!

2 SHORT DOCUMENTARIES ABOUT INDIGENOUS WISDOM

“He Pou Rerenga Wairua” – wisdom sharing by Maori elder

“Yawarani” – Yawanawa indigenous community Brazil

 

SPEAKERS: Presentation by Kirsty Ka and Jeffrey Wium, who will speak about bridging Indigenous wisdom and modern life

 

LIVE ARTISTIC PERFORMANCE: by Natty Solomon Islands Cultural Custodian- rare mystic chants and bearer of deep cultural knowledge

 

Outdoor Cinema “Indigenous Movie Screenings” are monthly at Njana Tilem – rain or shine. If rain is imminent, we switch to the large Wantilan, indoor venue at Njana Tilem.
