This October, SoHo’s spirited izakaya for night owls is bringing Tokyo’s ‘Highball King’ to Hong Kong. Fukuro has a reputation for reinvigorating the popularity of the Japanese libation amongst the Fragrant Harbour’s late-night crowd and certainly knows its way around the whisky-soda. For two nights on October 22 and 23, the nocturnal watering-hole invites the master, Maguchi Kazunari of Ginza’s Rockfish, to educate, inspire and enthral.
