The House Collective’s cocktail soiree at 28 HongKong Street

Mark your calendars as 28 HongKong Street welcomes four of the world’s finest bartenders from the refined hotel group The House Collective on 4 May.

From 8 PM till midnight, they will grace the bar in a rotating guest shift:

Harry Zhang, Head of Bars at Union Bar in Beijing, kicks things off by showcasing the Apple Pie Martini, a delicious blend of butter apple vodka, apple vermouth, calvados and fino sherry.

Matthew Halls, Head of Bars at Cafe Gray Deluxe, located in The Middle House in Shanghai, has drawn inspiration from his travels around the globe to serve you the Cheese Teh Tarik cocktail. This unique bourbon-based concoction is infused with parmesan and elevated with cold brew tea, pistachio orgeat, and sweet jaggery, resulting in a deliciously complex and flavourful drink.

Matthew is followed by William Zhang, Head Bartender of Jing Bar in Chengdu, who will shake up Go Bananas, a refreshing and crisp fusion of eucalyptus, white chocolate, banana, citrus and dill, the perfect cooler for the warm summer evenings.

Finishing the night, Gail Lanorias is the Operations Manager of Salisterra Bar in Admiralty, Hong Kong. As a sommelier and bartender aficionado, she showcases her extensive drinks knowledge with Korava Milk Tea, a dark and complex cocktail made with homemade curacao, dark rum, coffee, and milk tea.
