Agung and Laura Prabowo of Asia’s 22nd best bar of 2022 Penicillin will be doing a guest shift at The Bar at 15 Stamford in The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore on Monday, 20 February 2023, between 7pm and 11pm.

Awarded the most sustainable bar in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021, Penicillin is Hong Kong’s first “closed-loop” cocktail bar, with a focus on using either locally sourced or up-cycled food and drink ingredients while minimising carbon footprint.
The guest shift is in conjunction with BOMBAY SAPPHIRE, which has a mission to be the most sustainable global gin, and recently launched #stirsustainably, working with three Singaporean artists to showcase their craft, and highlight efforts towards a more sustainable future for the F&B industry.
