On 4 September 2022, Binary’s brunch experience is elevated with live tunes from the spectacular group of five, Krio, spanning an eclectic mix of techno beats, melodic house, and downtempo.
The monthly brunch ($48++ per person) takes place on the first Sunday of each month. The brunch menu features four delectable courses and showcases Binary’s signature culinary approach of distinct Asian and Western flavours across a variety of choices.
Brunch begins with the gastro-bar’s Signature Kubaneh Bread – the popular pull-apart rolls are made in-house and served with garlic butter and kombu butter. The warm appetiser is followed by Eggs, Sunday Roast, Sides, and Desserts.
As the dining size increases, the feast gets heartier. For a dining group of two, enjoy a choice of an Egg dish, a Sunday Roast, one side and a dessert. For three diners, select an Egg dish, two Sunday Roasts, one side and two desserts. For four persons, a feast of two items from each course, while five will savour three dishes of each.
Powered by pulsing beats, supplement the vivacious brunch with Binary’s 2-hour free-flow beverage packages. The House Package ($48++ per person) includes a selection of house wines, Moscato D’Asti, Binary Brew, Binary Spritz, as well as soft drinks and juice.
