From 1 to 31 July 2022, a record lineup of *29 oyster varietals from 7 countries will be flown in for GFM’s 10th World Oyster Festival.
GFM’s decennial festival offers a unique one-stop oyster crawl opportunity for oyster lovers and amateurs alike. Guests can expect to pamper their palates with a diverse range of flavours with our fuss-free Oyster Tasting Platter (8 pairs of our chef’s selection, $109.95), or for the more experienced – choice of à la carte (minimum of 2 pieces per varietal per order).
Oysters will be available for dine-in, takeaways, and delivery at all GFM outlets.
