Lee Su Fang, Founder and Baker of Frosted by Fang, discovered her passion and love for creating innovative pastries during a school break. The self-taught home-baker takes pride in developing delectable confections that have amassed a following of loyal fans. Her baking philosophy lies in being curious, creative, and inspired by the art of baking.
Frosted by Fang offers an array of bakes that is a testament to Su Fang’s creativity. Enjoy the crowd favourites such as the Orh Nee Swiss Roll ($8.50/roll) – a spin on the traditional Teochew dessert showcasing a fluffy sponge cake filled with a velvety yam paste. The Chocolate Rum Cherry Tiramisu ($15/box) features a delightful combination of the popular classics – Tiramisu and Black Forest cake. The chewy Coconut & Yuzu Curd Mochi Donut ($3.80/donut) with zesty yuzu curd is adorned with dried edible flowers.
