White Asparagus at Zafferano

This season, Zafferano presents the delicacy of Spring from France – White Asparagus. Seasonal menus at the contemporary Italian restaurant, pays tribute to the Italian flavours and the fresh produce that Mother Nature offers.

Curated by head chef Andrea De Paola, the sublime plump stalks are showcased in an array of dishes. The antipasti highlights a decadent White asparagus with parmigiano, smoked egg yolk, 100-year-old balsamic vinegar ($38++). Primi features Risotto with white asparagus and black garlic ($48++), and Tagliatelle with white asparagus and black truffle ($38++ / $48++ ; starter / main).

Guests may opt for the Set Lunch comprising of:
– White asparagus soup with pistachio and basil oil is offered as one of the starters on the Set Lunch menu in May.
