On 21 March 2022, Restaurant JAG welcomes Kirk Westaway of the Two Michelin-Starred Restaurant JAAN at their second Les Copains d’Abord dinner of 2022. Les Copains d’Abord is a chef collaboration dinner series that celebrates friendship and pays tribute to the produce, farmers, and suppliers; a partnership that imbues great admiration towards one another’s personality and craft.
On this exclusive one-night only gastronomic experience, Chef Co-Owner Jeremy Gillon hosts Chef Kirk Westaway, and together they will curate an impeccable degustation dinner ($398++ per guest) honouring the farmers and producers of France and England.
The dinner showcases the marvel of early spring with fresh harvest such as fennel, green pea, salicornia, purple and yellow cauliflowers, asparagus, blackcurrant, and rhubarb; handpicked from the beautiful terrains of France and England. On proteins, indulge in langoustine and crab – fresh gems from English and French waters. Crowning the gastronomic experience are wild foraged herbs from picturesque alps of Savoie.
