Lamb has always been one of the must-have proteins during Easter, and from 3 – 4 April, LeVeL33 offers a stunning Lamb Banjo promotion for lunch. Premium sustainably produced lamb from Australia, it is marinated and braised in LeVeL33’s house-brewed Stout, light soy sauce and aromatic herbs and spices such as star anise and garlic. Served together is a bounty of sides such as confit garlic flowers, grilled “Ugly Vegetable” French beans, and housemade Yorkshire puddings with lashings of gravy. The lamb is finished with a bright housemade chimichurri to balance all the rich flavours.
Need a drink along with it? If you prefer a more traditional wine pairing, opt for the set that comes with your choice of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir. Otherwise – a pint of cold LeVeL33 beer and that skyline view? Perfect.
