Spring – the time of year that inspires everyone all over the world to merry celebration! And what better way to celebrate than with food? This year, from 8 to 26 February, Tablescape joins in the fun!
At $138++ per person for a min. of 2 persons, Tablescape offers a six-course set dinner for dine-in from 6pm to 10pm during Lunar New Year.
Full of produce that’ll make even the strictest grandmothers nod approvingly, the meal will also please the younger crowd with its thoughtful creation for an East-West culinary adventure.
Beginning with the quintessential Lunar New Year classic, the Prosperity Yu Sheng features generous slices of abalone, smoked Norwegian salmon and crispy fish skin. The meal continues with Lobster, a brand new Italian pasta dish created from a base of traditional lobster bisque. The palate then takes a trip to Hong Kong for a wok-fried portion of Hong Kong Kai Lan topped with juicy scallops. The table then zooms back to Europe for succulent Roast Pork Roulade before finishing with a type of champagne that even teetotallers can drink – Tablescape’s classic Champagne jelly finished with mascarpone cheese, berries and edible flower petals.
