From 8 to 26 February 2021, guests can have the best of both worlds at Tablescape. In deference to the Lunar New Year traditions, modern European restaurant Tablescape offers the quintessential yu sheng in two variants as well as a special Lunar New Year edition of their popular Afternoon Tea Set.
First introduced last year and brought back by popular request is the luxurious Foie Gras Yu Sheng ($88-$128++) featuring housemade foie gras terrine with crispy fish skin and yuzu peel. Purists will enjoy the colourful classic Prosperity Yu Sheng Platter ($88-128++) showcasing generous slices of abalone and smoked Norwegian salmon.
Tablescape’s Afternoon Tea Set ($58-158++) is thoughtfully tweaked to include key flavours and colours of Lunar New Year. From Cherry Cheesecake Mousse and luscious red Tomato Brioche, to Mandarin Orange Compote and zesty Mandarin Almond Cake, these festive treats join popular bites such as the Raspberry Eclair and Beetroot Cup to offer a special edition of the set.
