In celebration of the new zodiac cycle coming up, Blue Jasmine unifies culinary elements from Thailand and Singapore to present Chinese New Year dishes and an a-la-carte buffet with a refreshing twist.
Blue Jasmine tosses up good fortune with their tangy Thai Chin Yu Sheng with unique plum and passionfruit sauce, and introduced a pot of gold overflowing with luxurious seafood, the Prosperity Pot, for the very first time.
A generous a-la-carte buffet awaits with a selection of signature seafoods such as the new Khao Soi Salmon, Butter Prawns and Deep Fried Seabass Fillet; refreshing salads and bites such as Pomelo Salad and Deep Fried Fish Cake; mains like robust Red Curry Beef and classic Kaprao Chicken Basil; and desserts such as the bittersweet Mao Shan Wang Durian Pengat.
Early bird promotions are available now till 25 January 2021 for both a-la-carte buffet lunch and dinner on 11 February 2021.
