Following the overwhelming response to Aqua Gastronomy, we are delighted to announce the spellbinding experience is now extended till the year-end with a refreshed festive edition!
Where the launch edition’s marriage of the culinary and visual arts was a sold-out multi-sensory sensation, the festive edition will dazzle your senses as you experience a spectacular winter look, new gastronomic masterpieces, stunning dive performances and immersive themed décor. Additional surprises will be unveiled at a later date, but one thing is for sure – it will be even more breathtaking than the launch edition!
Seats for November are available for booking from Monday, 12 October! Available six days a week from Thursday to Tuesday in November, there will be two seatings at 6:00pm and 8:30pm. Follow our social accounts for updates regarding reservations!
New festive culinary creations by Chefs Marvas Huang and Tony Choo include Snowy Morning – Braised “yumbah” abalone with French sea whelk, Shaoxing snow and tsukemono, and Holiday Lights – Miso cod with “yu xiang” cherry aubergine, doubanjiang and luminous pearl, paired with sparkling new cocktails specially concocted for the holiday season.
Aqua Gastronomy’s four-course dinner menu is available at S$118++. RWS Members will enjoy the exclusive rate of S$98++. Children above the age of 10 years old are welcome.
